Looking for Ball Winder and Swift Suggestions!

Hey everyone! I seem to have come down with a summer cold, or I have awesome allergies. If it's the latter, this will be the first time in, oh, about 10 years that I suffer from seasonal allergies. (I had a treatment done to eliminate my allergies, and I've hardly had problems since!) Anyway, I have some questions for you fine folks.
I am looking at getting a ball winder and swift. I am starting to knit with more yarns that are put up in hanks, and I think that having these tools would be useful. I know a swift would be the first of the two to get, but I am looking for suggestions for both. I don't have any knowledge on the matter, so I have no preferences in brands/materials/sizes/whatever other options these crazy things have. I would like for them to be available on amazon, as I have amassed a small fortune in amazon gift cards. But, I am not opposed to getting them elsewhere.
In short, ball winder and swift suggestions? Thanks!

How Much Would You Pay?

I just finished knitting a matching scarf and fingerless glove set. Currently, I'm debating knitting a matching hat. I'm not sure how much I would charge for a set like this.
-The scarf is about 6 feel long, including fringe.
-The gloves cover just past the wrist.
-The hat would be slightly slouchy.

How much would you pay for such a set? I charge about $20 -25 for a similar scarf, and my hats are $25-30. How much should the set for all three accessories be?

I Think This Is Heaven

Before you read anything else, click the photo to see it full size. I'll wait a moment till you come back.
...
All good?
ISN'T IT AWESOME!? It's all yarn! Look at it all! I'd love to have my yarn looking that nice. There are only two problems with this photo.
One is that I wouldn't know where to look for anything in particular. I'd need some sort of super organized organizational system. And I'm just not that organized at all.
Second I have no idea where it is from, or anything about it really. It looks like there is a weaving loom of some sort on the right? Or something? I don't even know.
If you have any idea where this is from, or where I can see other photos of the same studio PLEASE leave a comment!

Hand cramps and other knitting injuries

I have been knitting a lot lately. If my hands are not busy typing, doing dishes or sleeping, they are probably knitting. This has gotten me some pretty strange sensations in my forearms and hands.
I have had weird pinching pain near the inside of my elbows if I knit with large needles for too long. I get hot, burning pain near my pinky and ring fingers if I knit with small needles for a while.
I also get cramps from the elbows to the tips of my fingers if I knit too long, period.
The only remedy I have for this is to take frequent breaks and change what I am doing often. It is not uncommon for me to have two or three knitting projects on the go at once, all on different sized needles. I will knit 10 or so rows on one project, then take a break. I will then clench and unclench my hands a few times before picking up a different project.
I really don't know of any other options.
Do you get this sort of pain? What do you do to fix it?
