If you've been following my blog for a while, you may remember that a couple years ago, I made a bunch of hair bows to bring to Made In Windsor. I decided to bring the bows back so I have some variety at my spring/summer shows. I'm making them a little differently this time around, which is making them a little quicker to make. They're pretty simple, but I think they're super cute.
I'm hoping to have a whole rainbow of these made in time for my April show.
I'm planning on looking through Ravelry for some inspiration for other smaller items that are warm weather friendly.
Any suggestions?

Looks like you already have that rainbow started! As to ideas--how about a bright colored patio table centerpiece in an octagon shape with little tassels! Oh . . . I don't know . . . I'm just imagining!
ReplyDeleteI think they're great! What if you attached them to headbands?
ReplyDeleteooooh that's a good idea! i have brooches and hair pins so far, but a headband would be cute, too! i'll have to keep that in mind. right now, i'm just cranking them out, haha
ReplyDeleteThese are really cute! I hope that they do well. I like Nancy's headband idea. Brooches would be another good option.
ReplyDeleteThose are super cute. I agree, attaching some to headbands would be awesome.
ReplyDeleteCould you make some sort of necklace? I could imagine those bows hanging from a chain as a necklace, but maybe another shape as well?
Or some thin, bright scarves? More decorative than functional.
Would you share the pattern? I think these are way cute!
ReplyDeleteI don't actually use a pattern. I just play with the yarn until it looks right. sorry!
